In our first meeting with Karen from Assurance Tax Relief, she said this about her clients: “At the end of the day, they’re telling me their deepest, darkest secrets. They need to trust me.”

We set out to create a brand and website that would establish that trust with Karen’s audience. Karen is a particularly therapist-like tax relief professional, inspiring us to create a site that is reminiscent of a therapist’s website. Calming colors and imagery, plus empathetic copy makes this site well suited for a tax professional who needs to build trust with her audience.
